Colorit Light Cube 1 + 2

Complementing the basic equipment with the DP2 Set, the UV curing chambers Colorit Light Cube 1 + 2 enable efficient curing of Colorit. The initial curing is carried out with the DP2 LED lamp, followed by final curing in the Light Cube.

As a compact curing chamber, the Light Cube 1 system from Heimerle + Meule offers versatile application options through the use of different emitters. With a curing space of 18 x 18 x 18 cm, the chamber is suitable for processing individual pieces or smaller workpiece carriers. Thanks to the reflective interior wall structure, a homogeneous radiation is achieved.

Focus is placed on operational safety, ensured by a safety system where the door lock and shutter can only be operated separately.

 

With an internal volume of 45 x 40 x 30 cm, the larger variant of the Colorit curing chamber is designed for curing larger workpieces or a greater number of workpieces on carriers.

By combining different emitters and filter plates, the UV emission spectra of the Light Cube 2 can be individually adapted to various requirements.
