• Production of embossing tools
  Embossing of materials is one of the forming processes. In embossing, a forming tool applies a lot of pressure to a workpiece surface. This pressure causes a deformation, which then becomes a relief. Jewelry made of gold or silver can also be embossed in this way. By means of a 3D deep laser, we manufacture embossing tools that are matched to the workpiece to be embossed. With the help of the laser, we achieve a very precise result, so that the tool is optimally suited for embossing high-quality jewelry.


• Embossing the jewelry
  Within the scope of embossing, in addition to the production of the tools, we also offer the embossing of the jewelry itself. With the help of embossing tools, we emboss jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, rings or watches according to your individual ideas.


• Possibilities of jewelry engraving
  The processing of workpieces and materials with CNC machines has increased enormously in recent years. CNC machines are also used for engraving in the jewelry and watchmaking industry, where 3-axis machines are automatically controlled by software. This process is characterized by its high precision and own templates, which are to serve the engraving, can be read in and used very easily by the software.
  
  Hand engraving is also offered. It is the oldest form of engraving and very elaborate. It is done without machine assistance by an engraver, which requires a lot of skill and ability. However, especially for valuable jewelry this can be advantageous, because the techniques of modern engraving can only imitate a proper hand engraving.


• Color processing
  By using color, jewelry can be refined in a completely different way. For this purpose, we work with the patented material Colorit, which is manufactured by Heimerle + Meule. LES GRAVEURS is the official distributor and responsible for inlay work. Colorit is characterized by its quick and easy workability, as well as by the large color plate from which can be chosen. It thus represents an optimal color processing option for your jewelry.
